Return and Refund Policy
We try and ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases and we try our hardest to remove that 'Locked-In' feeling. Items returns within Fifteen (14) days are guaranteed a full refund for complete satisfaction. Items returned within thirty (30) days of purchase are guaranteed for a product exchange. Please note: a product returned for a refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and must be complete and undamaged. All return shipping charges are barred by the customer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
